Level 55 T3 drop, no base stats

    Hi,

    A legendary ring just dropped and it doesn't have any base stats. Is this a bug or?

    I know that if I crafted with an item that is lower than level 50, this can potentially result. But this is a drop, and its a Tier 3 item.

    Actually, according to the R192 patchnotes this issue should be a thing of the past. ;)

    Of course if by any chance you ever find this issue again, please report it immediately, best regards.
