command protocols did not match error 25

    I am now getting the command protocols did not match error 25 problem using client or internet explorer on my Windows 10 machine. I have tried deleting the cache at
    %localappdata\temp\dsoclient
    this did not resolve the issue. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue.

    On the fourth deletion of cache data I was able to get the game to start in Internet Explorer. I am using Internet Explorer 11.0.43

    Hello @bytorSD, glad your issue was resolved, I presume something was failing when clearing the temp folder since it is the "to go" solution for the error you were experiencing, most likely DSOClient.exe was running in the background while you were trying to wipe the contents of the temp folder, always make sure the process isn't running and resort to task manager to kill it if necessary. You can also use the "search" function of the forums in the future, you'll find that there's usually a lot of posts with similar issues that are succesfully resolved.

    Also please make use of the "Edit" function when you need to add something to your original post, since consecutive posting is against the forum rule and deemed as spam.
