game not starting

hello , whenever i open the game instead of the character selection screen a screen with a knight comes without my characters .. i refresh my browser several times ... but its the same ... i cant upload the pic of that problem because its in my pc . but i really want help .. i dont face this problem when i use other ISP but when this ISP is off then i have to use other ISP and this problem continues on that ISP .. Plz help me

 

You are selecting a wrong server.
Select the right server you are playing at.

If you play in browser it looks like this



Press the "Select Server" button and then select the right server from the list.

If you play in client you only need to select the right server from the list.

 

yes bro i understand and i have tried this but what if i have a character iin heredur server only .. why would i have to go on other servers and create new characters ... just think man ... and i have tried wht u have told then the problem comes that the character selevetion screen comes but when i click play then nothing happens .. and the same character selevtion screen remains there ... what now ????

 

I have the same problem on grimmag server,
THIS IS THE SECOND DAY THAT I CANT PLAY? whats wrong?

 

It happened to many players ... including me. The game selects different server by itself and all you have to do is to change to the right server. But if you already did check the servers ... in that case you should contact support.

 

but i cant send the pic to the support .. what is really happening ????

You can send pictures to the support, yes.
If that's your first ticket (so you won't have an option to attach files), you can introduce them as a link. There are plenty external sites where you can do that

Then, when you receive an answer from our Support, you can attach files.
