    I got the 3 quest item....but the (Jarls key) is not appear in my inventory...

    Check if it is in your locker like Dragonnns said ... if not ... cancel the quest and take it again.

    Same thing happened to my original toon. I ended up dropping the quest and reacquiring it like Traki said.

    Oh, I think I know this... and if I remember right, I experienced the same thing. Methinks there is one other quest which asks for a Jarl key, so if you do both at a time, they stack. So you turn in that other quest and you're left with nothing. I too had to cancel and redo, so most likely you're gonna have to do it as well.

    Yea. Our friends told all. Check if they are in your locker. If not, and you cannot go further, please, write a Support ticket and we will be there to help you ;)

    thank you for the response master and your support...i have a new character now i forget the old one for the quest problem...
