not able to do event

    I created a new char. and started playing but i didn't receive either the daily event bonus nor can i get sugar beets from mobs.I accepted the quests but still no good.
    my char. is lvl5 sw

    Hi @thedarkestlight

    In order to get notifications and daily challenges you need to be level 8 or higher.

    But i saw other players below lvl 8 with event items.
    Also do you mean that i can't start the event until i'm lvl 8?
    cause the event info says required lvl1

    I didn't see any drops till I hit level 10 and went into grotto. Swerfield pastures had snowmen but the beets didn't drop for me there.

    I got into grotto at level 6 and had the drops there,but i didnt got the daily bonus

    You wont get the daily bonus until you are level 8+.
